How can we deactivate a contact? (2014)

There is no concept of inactive contact in Changepoint. If a contact is no longer used

  • prefix the contact name with ZZZ so  that it will appear at the bottom of all drop down lists.

or

  • restrict access to the contact, so that only few users (like admins) can see it

or

  • delete the contact. This should only be done if it is 100% sure the contact will not be used again in future. It is not possible to un-delete or to reactivate a deleted contact.
