Time entered for resources on RMW is not saving correctly (2012)

Project Worksheet (PW) and Resource Management Worksheet (RMW) referenced in this article are based on Silverlight technology and are no longer available as of Changepoint 2020

SYMPTOMS:
After updating some tasks with time in the RMW, the save button does not appear to be working when making multiple changes. Only some get saved correctly

REASON:
Any cell which gets updated must be highlighted in order to save correctly.

RESOLUTION:
Use CTRL A to select all entries and save them.

Saving Changes
• Select the items you wish to save, or a group level above them, and click the "save" icon. If you wish
to save all the items, select all rows (click any row in the grid and use ctrl-A), then click "save". If
validations are passed (see Data validations below), the changes will be physically updated to the
records and those rows will have a "saved" icon (diskette) in the first column.
• If any of the selected rows fails validation, none of the rows will be saved. You can correct the error
and try again, or de-select the rows that did not pass validation and save the rest.
• If you have a scenario selected in your filter (will be visible in the "scenario" drop-down list), clicking
the Save icon will also save any un-committed changes to your scenario.
