When copying a request, what is the effect of access restrictions on its configurable fields?

If the user has view-only access to the configurable field, then the value of the configurable field is displayed in the Copy Request dialog box, and saved in the new request.

If the user has edit access to the configurable field, then the user can edit the value of the configurable field in the Copy Request dialog box, and the value is saved in the new request.

If the user has neither view nor edit access to the configurable field, then the configurable field does not appear in the Copy Request dialog box and there will be no value set for the configurable field in the new request.

Note: A custom WFCALC_ stored procedure could be used in the workflow if you want to copy configurable field values that would not normally be copied when copying requests.
