Unable to run Cognos Report with "Run As" selected

SYMPTOMS:
Trying to setup a report to run with my permissions for all users who have been given access to the report.

ERROR/WARNING MESSAGES:
CM-REQ-4202
You do not have access to the report owner's credential object: CAMID credential

REASON:
Cognos security settings needed to be updated to allow resources to run the report as a different user.

RESOLUTION:
The user running the report didn't have access to the credentials of the report owner.

Make sure that the report owner has created the credentials and that the users, groups or roles that can use the credentials to run reports are Specified.
Steps:

1.Open the properties of the report. Check who is the report Owner.

2.Log in with the Report Owner Account into Cognos Connection.

3.Go to the Preferences > Credentials

4.click on Create Credentials if not done

click on Renew my credentials if your password may has been changed
Specify the users, groups or roles that can use your credentials to run reports.
