SYMPTOMS:

When trying to login to the mobile app using redirect, the following message is generated.

ERROR/WARNING MESSAGES:

This is not a valid Changepoint server URL. Please ensure the domain is correct and formatted.

REASON:

Mobile configuration was redirecting to login.microsoftonline.com using oauth2. OAuth2 or OAuth are not certified by Changepoint therefore not supported.

Any call to the api that is redirected to an IDP will fail

ANSWER:

Configure the mobile app to used  SSO via SAML or ADFS.
