ASP Reports are printing dates in US format (mm/dd/yyyy) (V2012)

Symptoms
Some pages such as task profile page and ASP Reports are printing dates in US format (mm/dd/yyyy).

The regional settings on the server are UK format.
IE language is also set to English UK (en-gb)

Reason
GP 16.01.120.000 was applied but IIS 8 settings were not modified as per Release Notes.
 

Resolution:
Set anonymous authentication credentials to "Application pool identity", instead of IUSR.

Modify the IIS 8 setting for Enterprise and System Manager sites as described below:
1. Select the site.
2. Double click Authentication.
3. Select Anonymous Authentication.
4. From the Actions pane select Edit.
5. From the Edit Anonymous Authentication Credentials dialog, select Application pool identity.
6. Click OK.
7. Reset IIS.
