How to regenerate the internal Workgroup OBS after a data migration / cleanup? v2014

During some cleanup operations in the database, workgroups have been removed or reorganized. Thus, the internal OBS field is not populated correctly for several workgroups. Also, workgroup settings that should be passed on to child workgroups don't, or the other way round (data in table WorkgroupRelation is incorrect).

How can this be fixed?


Please download the tool 'Regenerate Workgroup OBS Utility' from the Changepoint Team folder '2014 Release Notes and Patches'. Then execute it for each global workgroup.

When using a different version of Changepoint, please create a support ticket and ask if an equivalent tool is available for your version.
