Unable to submit 'Adjusted Time' entries.

Statement:

User is unable to submit 'Adjusted Time Entries'. Also, 'Remove Adjusted Time' button also doesn't respond.

Solution:
The issue is caused by a data inconsistency in the database. It appears that part of this time record is marked as adjusted when in fact it isn't.

Steps:
A.) Add and submit another time entry in the same line. Then you will be able to submit.
B.) Use central time to approve the new time record. When you return to the timesheet, now both records appear as approved.
C.) Now use 'De-submit time' to de-submit the extra hours, you have added.
D.) Then, remove it from the time sheet.
