What configuration changes are required to export a Cognos report with images to a pdf, excel file or html format ?

Please follow this tech note : http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docvie...id=swg21339916 to resolve the issue. This document was written for Cognos 8 but still applies to Cognos 10.2. Please note that the document refers to change the GATEWAY URL to https and not the dispatcher.
