What is the maximum effort that can be planned on an assignment? (CP2014 SP2)

The maximum effort in hours must be 5 digits (i.e. <100 000 hours). If daily view is used this corresponds to a maximum of 12 500 days (conversion factor 8).

Note: It is possible to enter > 100 000 total actual time on a single assignment, and replace past with actuals then can set the assignment to > 100 000 hours. In that case, please create a second assignment and transfer some of the time to it. Otherwise some Changepoint functionality, like copying assignments into budgets, can fail.
