2014 SP1 - Changepoint Mobile site - can't enter time on timesheet

ISSUE:

Our Mobile site is missing options that should be available. On "My time sheet", if you choose Action ... AddTime Entry, then select any time type (non-project, requests, open tasks, regular tasks), the project dropdown is always empty. It also will not search for any existing project. See screenshot. This happens for all users, and it is keeping all users from being able to enter time in this manner.

Time can be entered if you go to My Tasks, find the task and select Action ... Add time entry.

 

REASON:

Customer was using browser instead of mobile.


RESOLUTION:

Code has changed for v2014 and it is looking for a device so there are different js files that are loaded for desktop browser and mobile device because mobile device support on tap which desktop browser does not.
