The 'appliesTo' address is not found in the list of valid Relying Parties

Symptoms
One of the web servers does not get SSO on system manager or report designer. It required to enter credential every time when we try to access it. The change was made on webconfig file to point to the server itself, but after the change we're getting the error "The 'appliesTo' address is not found in the list of valid Relying Parties"

Reason
Web.config file was not pointing to the load balancer server name

Resolution:
Ensure that the web.config for all web servers are configured the same way for Enterprise, System Manager and Report Designer.

In the web.config ensure the values "Enterprise_URI" are pointed to the URL that resources use to access Changepoint. i.e.

Enterprise : http://enterprise
Report Designer: http://enterprise:81
System manager: http://enterprise:82
