Archiving : Project Validation failed due to non invoiced billable time

SYMPTOMS:
In testing the archiving functionality numerous projects failed validation because the time is not invoiced.
As the invoicing functionality is not used in this instance of Changepoint, is there a way we can archive these items?

REASON:
Time that is billable and has not been invoiced cannot be archived.


RESOLUTION:
Time is booked as billable at the initiative level (engagement). In order to archive these items they need to be set up the initiative to being non-billable. There is no other way than customization to change the validation process.
However now that the time entries are created and to be on the safe side, change all tasks to un-billable in the project worksheet, not specifying an effective date (which would mean everything is non-billable).
