Why didn't I receive certain email notifications

Symptoms

All related services are up and running, but why do I not receive certain notification emails ?


Resolution

The email template related to the notification is not enabled.

To do so, go to System Manager / General Setup / Email Templates.

Please select the template that is not enabled.

Please check the checkbox "Enable this email template to be used in Changepoint" and save

The emails with this template are now sent by the service.
