Services in the budgetservices table don't have the latest revisionnumber (2014)

QUESTION

A budget was revised, but the services in the budgetservices table still seem to belong to a previous revision. Is this a defect?

ANSWER

This is not a defect. Items (services, fixed fees, ...) in budgets only get the latest revisionnumber if they are changed in that revision. If their data is unchanged compared to previous revisions, then these items keep the revisionnumber from the previous revision and are not updated to the latest revisionnumber.
