Client Portal User can't open tickets in Workflow Reminders view

SYMPTOMS
I have a user that has several items in her Workflow Reminders that she needs to approve. Before she does that, she wants to see what they are. Normally, anyone with Workflow Reminders can click on the Reference number and open the ticket to view. She is unable to do this. There is no link to the ticket view. She can only click on the Step Name and do the approval. 
 
REASON
The user was a workflow participant using Client Portal. Her name was hard coded in the field. However, because the request type was not viewable to Client Portal users, she was not able to view the tickets.

 


 

RESOLUTION
User was made an Enterprise user so she can see the tickets and perform the needed function in the workflow
