Transport tool doesn't show the categories of data to transport

When opening the screen for the transport tool, the drop down list for selecting which categories of data to transport is empty. Nothing can be selected for transport.

Please check the connection settings for the transport tool to connect to the CPTransport database. This needs to be configured in addition to the connection settings done for the Changepoint website.
