Profile-Based Permissions for Issues/Project Logs

The actions you can perform on issue depend on your permission profile for the project to which the issue belongs, or whether you are an issue owner. Project-level permissions include View, Edit (implies create), and Delete.

Issue owners automatically get issue View/Edit rights for the issue Details tab. You can give issue owners additional rights, like Delete tasks or full Edit/View by adding those permissions to the Owner profile. Users with full project View/Edit will get full issue View/Edit automatically.

The following table summarizes the permissions required to work with issues. Permissions can be applied globally for all issues (Global rule in profile), or to project team members for issues on that project (Team rule in profile).
