Deactivating a scoring profile

Role: User with PPM Pro administrative privileges.

You can mark a scoring profile as "inactive," which prevents it from appearing in the Scoring Profile drop-down list on the project Settings or Request Info pages. This is useful if you want to keep the profile but at any given time do not want it to be used. Scoring profiles are active by default.

To deactivate a scoring profile:

1.      Navigate to Admin/Setup/Scoring/Scoring Profile.

2.      Click [Edit] for the profile you wish to deactivate.

3.      In the Edit Scoring Profile dialog, deselect the Is Active? checkbox.

4.      Click Save.

You can reactivate the profile at any time by repeating the steps above and re-selecting the Is Active? checkbox.
