A "specialty report" is our shorthand for broader-themed reports, such as Scoring, Permissions, Audit History, and KPI (Audit History and KPI not currently supported). These reports require some extra scaffolding beyond what is provided by a Topic entity on its own. For example, a project scoring report is a specialty report because it is based on the project Topic, but requires additional support to extract the scoring data in a way that will be useful to you. Specialty fields do not apply to all Topics, and as such the menu will only appear when appropriate depending on the selected Topic.
