PPM Pro supplies a set of alerts that includes both user-action and time-based alerts. (If you don't see any alerts, click Actions > Restore Alerts.) The full set is listed below. Note that if your organization does not use a two-step approval process, then the PM alerts will not appear in your environment. You can modify the default alerts by changing the subject/message text, the time, or the recipient list, and so on, and even delete them. If you make modifications to or delete the default alerts and then decide you want them back, choose Actions > Restore Alerts.
The Active column indicates which alerts are active by default.
