Editing and Deleting Allotments

You can edit allotments at any project if you have the appropriate rights at that project.

You can also edit allotments at Organization/Manage Time & Expense/Manage Fixed Bid if you are a member of the Fixed Bid Manager group.

1.      Navigate to myProject/Fixed Bids.

2.      Select the [Info] link next to the invoice that you wish to edit allotments for

3.      Scroll down to the All Allotments section.

4.      Choose Menu > Edit or Menu > Delete

You will be able to edit the allotment info only (Amount, Allotment Date and Note).

If there is no Edit or Delete menu item, you do not have rights to edit the allotment(s).
