Department Info tab

This screen is divided into two sections: Basic Info and a list of projects linked to the current department.

Department (Program) Fields

Description

Basic Information

Title

The title of the department.

Owner

The person managing the department. This person automatically has full rights to the department. Department owners must be users

Division

The division under which the department falls.

Status

Status is used to track the open or closed standing of a department.

Dates

Start Date

The date the department was created

Target Date

The date you are aiming to complete this department

Complete Date

The date the department was completed

Last Modified Date

The date of the most recent change to any editable field on the Basic Info screen. Does not include note additions or edits

Associated Enterprise Contacts

 

List of contacts from the enterprise under which the department falls

Description

 

Detailed description of the department (4000 characters)

Objective

 

Detailed description of the objective for the department (4000 characters)

Notes

 

Threaded note discussion area for the department
