Scoring roles
There are generally three types of participants in the scoring process:
-
scorer - a user with permission to score all projects and requests
-
scoring manager - a user with permission to set scoring profiles (for projects), and lock and unlock scores
-
scoring administrator - a user with PPM Pro administrative privileges
Scorers
Scorers need to know how produce, edit, and delete scores, as well as have a basic understanding of the impact of their score on the overall score. They also need to understand the implications of a locked score.
For more information see:
Scoring managers
Scoring managers are responsible for assigning a scoring profile to a project or request, locking and unlocking scores, and changing a profile for a project or request type.

Scoring administrators
Scoring administrators are responsible for creating criteria and categories, building scoring profiles, setting up lookup lists, creating the scoring team, creating filters, and creating scoring filter teams.
