Scoring roles

There are generally three types of participants in the scoring process:

  • scorer - a user with permission to score all projects and requests

  • scoring manager - a user with permission to set scoring profiles (for projects), and lock and unlock scores

  • scoring administrator - a user with PPM Pro administrative privileges

Scorers

Scorers need to know how produce, edit, and delete scores, as well as have a basic understanding of the impact of their score on the overall score. They also need to understand the implications of a locked score.
