Creating Division Teams

  1. Navigate to Organization/All Divisions/yourDivision and then click the Team link.
  2. Choose Menu > New Team Members in the far right hand corner. If there is a resource that you would like to add to the Division team who does not appear on the list, please contact your Innotas System Administrator.
  3. Highlight each user that you would like to add to the Team, then select right_arrow.png. To add multiple Users at one time with the same rights, Shift-click or Ctrl-click to select multiple users.


  1. Choose the rights that you would like each Resource to have by selecting the appropriate checkboxes. For rights descriptions, see Team Member Permissions.
  2. Click Save.
