We don't have immediate plans to further strengthen PPM Pro with more ITSM-related capabilities. Many of our customers leverage Requests for intake and Logs for ticket management. Please reach out to us if you want to discuss more. Some customers also use AgilePlace for more light-weight intake management and ITSM use cases, in which case the PPM Pro-AgilePlace connector can be leveraged to aggregate and report on this information in PPM Pro. |

We did have our internal team do a proof of concept leveraging AWS step functions, after initial signs success, however we have found issues with the approach. We are looking into this but do not expect it to be targeted before Q3-24. |
