How to Get Help

Customer Success Center (CSC)

In addition to entering a Customer Care Case or engaging consulting, there are "self-help" resources at your fingertips.

What's New

  • Release Notes - click the Help Menu and choose the What's New item to navigate to the list of New Features and Release Notes. You can subscribe to this page to get a notification when the next month's information is published.
  • Live Release Webinars - register for monthly product release webinars (registration link will be at top of release notes page as well as on release notes for the current month)
  • Customer Webinars - will be announced as they become available, links to recordings of prior webinars on New Features and Release Notes.

Community Discussions

You can participate in community discussions about a variety of topics. This forum is designed for customers to ask questions of each other - Planview personnel will chime in on occasion. You can subscribe to different categories, including "Announcements", where Planview notifies customers that the latest version of the release notes are published, and any other relevant information.
