Project Scoring Permissions
Scoring permissions can be divided into two categories:setting up a scoring profile and scoring.
Who can create a scoring profile?
The creation of criteria, categories, and the scoring profile is done by a member of the Admin group.
Who can score a project?
Projects use profile-based permissions.
- Project > View > Scoring gives permission to view the project Scoring section and any existing scores
- Project > Edit > Scoring gives permission to score (and to view the Scoring section)
- Project > Edit > Scoring Profile gives permission to choose the scoring profile to use for a project, along with permission to lock scoring.
All scoring activity takes place on the Scoring section of a project. If you don't see a Scoring section in the project's left navigation, then the project's category does not include Scoring. You can add scoring to any category by going to Admin/Setup/All Entities/Project/Categories and editing/adding a category and checking the Scoring section.
