Creating Health Profiles

For an overview of Health Profiles, see About Health Profiles.

Some suggestions:

  • In some cases you may not wish to track the health of proposed items, or you may need to use more relaxed criteria in order to avoid "false" health indicators

  • You may want to use the most stringent criteria for closed items so that you can clearly see if you have met your organization's health alignment goals once the work is completed

Project Profiles

  1. Navigate to Admin/Setup/All Entities/Projects/Health Profile and click New.
  2. Enter Title (required) and and optional Description in the dialog that appears.
  3. Select the checkbox for the health indicator(s) you wish to track:

- Task Schedule Health
- Task Budget Hours Health
- Task Budget Cost Health
- Task Budget Revenue Health
- Task Estimate Hours Health
- Task Estimate Cost Health
- Task Estimate Revenue Health

- Project Schedule Health
- Project Budget Hours Health
- Project Budget Cost Health
- Project Budget Revenue Health
- Project Estimate Hours Health
- Project Estimate Cost Health
- Project Estimate Revenue Health

  1. Select the checkbox for the status(es) you wish to track for each health indicator.
  2. Enter the percentage value for each status you wish to track, or accept the default percentage values.
  3. Click Save.

Portfolio Profiles

  1. Navigate to Admin/Setup/All Entities/Portfolios/Health Profile and click New.
  2. Enter a Title (required) and an optional Description.
  3. Select the checkbox for the health indicator(s) you wish to track:

- Portfolio Schedule Health
- Portfolio Budget Hours Health
- Portfolio Budget Cost Health
- Portfolio Budget Revenue Health

  1. Select the checkbox for the status(es) you wish to track for each health indicator.
  2. Enter the percentage value for each status you wish to track, or accept the default percentage values
  3. Click Save.
