PPM Pro October 2024 Q&A

Are personal holidays displayed as well, if inserted in the resource calendar? | I believe this only applies to organizational holidays but will verify. |
Re: holidays on timesheets - on the timesheets, the org holiday (that is configured on the back end calendar) will highlight the day in red, BUT it doesn't automatically apply 8 hours for an entry? | The org holiday is made visible, but since it is still possible to do time entry we do not provide any default value for these days. |
What would be the card's behavior if the board it's mirrored to has different column numbers / names? | The cards are still treated as separate cards on each board and can move between columns on each board independently. |
What about the ability to add documents to multiple cards at one time. | That is not part of this particular update and not something we have on the roadmap at the moment. I would recommend adding this as an enhancement request in ProjectPlace Ideas (or search and vote for if there's a similar idea already) |
Will there be more updates on PPM Pro ? | That's all for this month, but the recording will be available if you missed the beginning, and we'll be back again during next month's webinar with any updates at that point. |
I missed the beginning of the meeting, so may you talked about this issues. We have some issues regarding the OData Topic - When attempting to connect the published PPM Pro dashboard to Power BI using the OData Feed with the corresponding dashboard ID, the data loading time is excessively long. This results in Power BI either timing out or producing error messages Error messages are 1. 500 Internal Server Error 2. 504 Gateway Timeout 3. 404 Not Found Is there something we doing wrong? Is the amount of data to big? |
Have you created a support ticket for this? If not that would be good since it could help us investigate the cause behind this issue you are experiencing. |
Where will the recording be made available? | Typically it is posted within one week, so it should be available by next wednesday. |
