Voting phase

Create your Voting phase by clicking the + between your Ideas and Commenting phase and Closing phase.

Phase details

  1. Enter a meaningful name and description and select phase start and end dates/times.
  2. From the Activities dropdown, select Voting.
  3. From the Voting type dropdown select either Likes, 4-Star rating or 5-Star rating.

Announcements

If you wish to announce the Voting phase via email, click the Yes radio button and edit the default Subject and Body of the email.

Outgoing workflow

  1. If you'd like just the top ideas to move to the next phase, select the No radio button.
  2. Check appropriate boxes and enter values for Number of votes, comments, views, and, if you selected Star rating, Average star rating.
  3. Click Add.

The new Rule will appear at the bottom of the Outgoing workflow box.

Click Next to progress to the next Phase's setup.
