User Roles

Here are the various roles in TeamTap.


  • The IdeaPlace Administrator

  • Any user holding the Super Administrator role in an instance

  • Any user holding the Administrator role in the "main" community only


  • Any user holding any other role, custom or standard in the instance will be a User

Default Assignment

  • Any user that is assigned the IdeaPlace Administrator, Super Administrator, or Administrator role will be automatically assigned administration rights for TeamTap
