User: @mention people in content

How do you use @mention when posting content?

An @mention link can be inserted into idea comments and replies to insert a link to a referenced user. When the content with the @mention (for example, @IdeaPlaceuser) is posted, an email and My Inbox notification are sent to the referenced user informing him/her of the @mention.

After typing a few letters after the @ symbol in an idea comment or reply, auto-suggestion displays a list of matching usernames.

Clicking the @mention link jumps to the user's profile.
