Planview IdeaPlace hosts biweekly IdeaPlace Exchange customer get-together sessions. Bring your IdeaPlace program and configuration questions and talk with your colleagues about how to optimize your implementation!
Sessions are every other Wednesday at 10 a.m. CST. Anyone can join and suggest topics by sending an email to email@example.com. You will be sent a meeting invitation. Here are the session dates for 2023: By request of participants, Exchange sessions are not recorded.
IdeaPlace Enablement Webinars
IdeaPlace Enablement Webinars were hosted by IdeaPlace's Customer Success team in a webinar format. Each session begins with a presentation on a specific topic, followed by open participant Q&A. These sessions are designed to provide best practices and general assistance in an engaging format.
Previously known as IdeaPlace Office Hours, these are slightly more anecdotal and longer (60 minutes) than the concise, three-minute How To videos in the other IdeaPlace Customer Success Center (CSC) articles. These sessions offer additional tips or use cases than what is otherwise covered in the CSC.
