LiveChat Deprecation
We have decided to deprecate our LiveChat Support feature to create a more standardized and cohesive service experience. Moving forward, all customer communications will be directed through our Support Portal, accessible via the following link: https://support.planview.com/
Post Idea Error Message Update
In this release, we addressed an issue related to error messages when a post idea request failed to go through. Previously, users were guided to the "refresh page" button in such instances. With this update, we have refined the messaging to prompt users to use the "back" button instead. This ensures that your idea information remains saved, offering a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
