Work capacity is used to calculate the members’ workload in the Capacity and Assignments view in the Workload tool. Capacity is set by each account member and provides an indication of the amount of time each member is available for work each week.
To add the Capacity:
- Click your avatar/initials in the right corner of the top navigation bar.
- Select Settings.
- Click My profile.
- Click the Capacity box and enter the desired amount of time.
- Click Save at the bottom right corner of the window.
