Board Updates

In this release, we've made multiple updates to the Boards tool:

• Added Not started, Started, and Finished legends for columns on boards. A card that is created in or moved into a Started column will be automatically assigned an Actual Start Date (this is currently not visible on the card, but will soon be available in the board Excel export and OData).
• When using the Due date grouping option, the Done column is now displayed as a single continuous column with no swimlanes. The breakout of this column was made to prevent Done cards with due dates ending up in the Overdue swimlane.
• The card import function now allows the following additional values to be imported:
  • Co-assignees
  • Tags
  • Checklists

Document Review Workflow Templates

For users who have a standard review process for documents, we have added the ability to create document review workflow templates that they can use to quickly initiate a new document review. Templates can be created from an existing review workflow, or created from scratch. Select Templates > Review workflow to view, create, edit, and delete document review templates for a workspace.

Multi-Select Actions

It's now possible to update multiple activities or milestones in the Plan tool at the same time:

• Connect several child Activities to a board
• Set or update Label on a selection of Activities and Milestones
• Change the state of child Activities and Milestones to Done/Not Done
• Change to Activity/Milestone (except if the activity is a parent activity or has cards attached to it.)

Global Search Improvements

There are two new updates in the latest version of the iOS and Android mobile apps:​

• The new Power user commands (using “”, +, +-) are now available also in the iOS and Android apps
• Ability to filter search results on cards, documents, activities and boards has been added in the iOS app (was already available on Android)

Search Enhancements

We've made the following enhancements to the global search:

• Users can now filter search results by custom fields.
• Users can now filter search results by assignees or co-assignees

Account Name Displayed for Workspaces and Users

Many Projectplace users are members of workspaces that belong to different customer accounts; to increase transparency, users can now view the name of the customer account in three locations:

• Above the Workspace name on the Workspace Overview screen
• Under the Workspace name on the My Overview screen
• At the top of the User account page in User Settings the user can see which account they are an internal account member of.
