Account Administration Enhancements

We've made the following enhancements to the Account Administration tool:

• Account administrators can now make it mandatory to select a department when creating new workspaces.​

• The Excel export available from the People tab will now include the names and the number of workspaces that each account member is a part of.

• Account administrators can now view a summary of automation rules (such as which rules are active or inactive) and additional details about their status and history in the account administration overview.​

Links in Attachments

Users can attach the links that are stored in the Documents tool as attachments on cards, activities, comments, etc. using the file picker.​

Meetings Enhancements

Continuing our enhancements to the Meetings tool, it's now possible to:

• Edit recurring meetings.

• Comment on meetings and add attachments on comments.

• Assign yourself as the host for a meeting in your workspace, if you are the workspace owner

• Use the breakout room option for online meetings

• Join an online meeting using your web browser (meeting hosts must still start the online meeting using the desktop app.)

View Reported Time for Workspaces

Users can now view the reported time for a workspace in a portfolio for the selected date. The date selection affects the reported time value in both the list view, as well as the Excel export.​

Workspace Automation Enhancements

In this release, we've added some enhancements for rules:

• Users can now find more information about the current status and history of a rule in the details pane. This is available for both workspace and account automation.

New Login Page

We've updated the look and feel of our the Projectplace login page to make it similar to the other Planview products!

Company logo in Plan and Portfolio printouts

If a company logo has been added to the account in Projectplace, this logo will now be displayed on the Plan printout pdf and the Portfolio report when exported from Projectplace.
