Updated Projectplace App for Mac and Windows

The latest update to the Projectplace app for Mac and Windows includes the ability to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO), as well as various bug fixes. 

Please update to the latest version of the app from the Projectplace Apps Download Center.

Print Plan Formats

We've added some additional paper size options for users who want to print the plan from a PDF file:

• A2
• A1
• A0

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) List View Updates

To make it easier for you to work with the plan, we've made some enhancements to the WBS list view:

• Both the Board and Status columns can now be edited directly from the WBS list view.
• We've also added the option to include Custom Fields in the WBS list view. Custom fields are not displayed by default, but you can choose to display them from the Customize list view option in the Plan menu.

Requests Enhancements

We've made a variety of requests enhancements for the October release!

• Users now have the ability to easily filter their request inbox by a variety of attributes, such as:
  • Which user added the request
  • When the request was added
  • Which user last modified the request
  • Status (pending, approved, or rejected)
  • Date the request was modified
  • Name of the request form
• Requests are now automatically forwarded to the associated workspace when the workspace is selected in the request form.
• New single- and multi-select field types

Workspace Templates Enhancements

To make it easier for you to work with workspace templates, we've made the following updates:

• We've changed the nomenclature related to templates. Workspace templates refer to an account-level workspace or project template, while Templates refer to card or document templates within a workspace.
• It's now possible to create and edit Card Templates within a Workspace Template.
• You can choose whether or not you want to include the Card Templates when you create a new Workspace template based on a Workspace that has existing Card Templates.
• When viewing a Workspace template, a list view with all existing Card Templates is displayed under the Templates menu.

Global Search Enhancements

By default, global search results now include information in Custom Fields that are created for Activites, Cards or Documents.

Alphabetical Sorting of Department List

Based on your Projectplace Ideas feedback, the department list is now sorted alphabetically in the following places:

• While creating new workspaces
• Department management in account administration 
• New user registration page
