Changes to the ProjectPlace/Portfolios integration

When a plan managed in ProjectPlace is marked as Cancelled, On Hold, Denied, or Completed in Portfolios, the plan locks for editing in ProjectPlace. It remains locked until the corresponding project is reopened in Portfolios. The workspace head admin can reopen the project directly from ProjectPlace.

Integration controls are now exclusive to the workspace head administrator. The following settings are no longer available to other workspace administrators:

• Name and description
• Initial sync to Portfolios
• Sync direction to/from Portfolios
• Calendar re-sync
• Reopening the workspace
