AND/ OR Logic operators in Boards

Boards filters now support AND/OR logic, so you can combine multiple criteria in a single filter instead of running separate searches. Use AND to narrow results down to items matching every condition, or OR to catch items matching any of them to get much more control over what shows up on your board.
