Manage storage in the account

There is a storage space allocated for the account based on the number of users. The storage can be increased if needed - send an email to contact@projectplace.com if your workspaces or your account run out of storage. 

The performance of a workspace depends on how many items there are and not how big the items are. Many items will usually make the workspace slower.

To see used storage on account level:

  1. Click on the tool selector Tool selector.png in the top navigation bar, and select Account Administration.
  2. In the Overview that is opened you can see the storage used and the total storage paid for.

This information is recalculated every morning at 5:30 CET.

To see used storage for each workspace:

  1. Click on the tool selector Tool selector.png in the top navigation bar, and select Account Administration.
  2. Choose Workspaces.
  3. Click on Export information to Excel in the toolbar.
  4. In the generated Excel document, there is a column called Used space where you can see how much space each workspace is using.

Workspace administrators can also see the used storage for a workspace
