Copilot (formerly called Assisted Help) copilot icon.png

Assisted Help/Chat Assistance has now been replaced with Copilot.

With Copilot, you can:

  • Get answers quickly – For example, “How do I add a dependency in a plan?” or “How do I mirror a card?”
  • Receive guided help – Find the right features and documentation faster.
  • Troubleshoot issues – Get suggestions for common problems (such as login or access errors).
  • Onboard smoothly – Learn how to use boards, plans, documents, and more.

Copilot makes it easier and faster to get the help you need, right within ProjectPlace. For more information see this article.

SharePoint Integration

The SharePoint Integration feature is designed to support customers who manage project documents and other assets within SharePoint. With this feature, Project Administrators can link one or more SharePoint sites directly to their ProjectPlace workspaces. For more information see this article.

Set Lifecycle Administrator in Portfolios on initial workspace sync

Customers who leverage the Portfolios <-> ProjectPlace connector can now enjoy an automatic setting of the Lifecycle Administrator field in Portfolios. The field is updated to the same person as the head administrator in ProjectPlace. For more information see this section.
