Multiple People on a Card

It’s finally here! As we’ve learned, it is quite common to have more than one team member working on the same card.  We’ve now made it possible to assign more than one person to a card providing insight into who is actually participating in getting the work done. We’re keeping the ability to have one person appointed as the card’s Primary Assignee, the person ultimately responsible for the card. The Primary Assignee is considered to be the go-to contact when you have questions. Or, you can choose to assign multiple people to the card without pointing out who the primary assignee is.

Convert a Checklist Item into a New Card

Working with cards is now even more flexible. With this month's release, you can convert one or all of a card’s checklist item(s) into card(s). This conversion allows you to add assignees and attachments so you can continue to collaborate with team members getting the work done just as you have with any of your other cards.

Documents

Enhanced Document Version Management

We are working on a few enhancements when working with Document versions in Projectplace. The product update this month, makes it easier to set version numbers and add comments about the version. Additionally, when you drag-and-drop a file directly into the Documents tool, the user will now be prompted to:

  1. Lock the version to prevent deletion.
  2. Add a version number to the document.
  3. Add a comment for the version.

Mobile Apps

If you do not have a mobile app, visit the Apps download center to get either the iOS or Android mobile app today.

Multiple People on a Card

For Projectplace users who want to work wherever you are, we are including the ability to see and work with multiple assignees on the iOS and Android mobile apps.

Note: This feature will be available in early March 2019.

New iOS Navigation

Recently, we’ve added so many new features to the iOS app. We thought it was a good time to update how you navigate within the iOS app. In this release, all tools are now listed and accessible from the same menu.

Note: This feature will be available in early March 2019.

Teams

Show Card Label Colors

Cards listed on the Team Overview were previously not displaying their label color and this is something many users have requested. With this release, we’ve added label colors to cards so you can easily see the card label in the list view.

Other Enhancements

A number of performance related enhancements and bug fixes have been included in this month's release.
