What is the difference between Portfolio, Feature, Epic and Squad levels, and can we change the level of board?

Is it an Admin only feature to change the default Sub-Incement Range (ex: 4 weeks)? Currently, only Account Admins and Team Organizers can access the Planning Series Admin capability.
Are permissions to edit the Planning Series expected to change at all? Unfortunately, when we don't want users with a Team Organizer role to see ALL of the Planning series available but would like them to edit the one they are using. Yes, we plan to explore changes to the Planning Series permissions to support this type of use case.
Does this view show capacity availability info?   So that we can see how much the team can take (or not take) while PI Planning. Not yet. Showing capacity  information in this view is on our roadmap.
Would I be able to search for a Card (using Card#) regardless of Increment or Board the Card is? You can search for cards using the card id.
Can the planning series be updated on-the-go or does it have to be fully defined before use? Yes, you can makes updates to the Planning Series as needed.
