We've removed search restrictions to allow searching without entering a search term or selecting a user. (This change also resolved some bugs around using the search dialog.)
Bug Fixes
Parent cards were not displaying in the parent card tab of child cards in some circumstances.
Users were unable to search tags.
Admins were unable to change some custom icons.
An error would occur when moving a card to a different board.
