What is currently supported in the List view?

This is everything that the List view currently supports:

  • The ability to edit a card/row through the card details modal
  • Support for editing a card/row through the right-click context menu
  • Sorting: support for single column and multi-column sorting
  • Filtering

           

           

Are there any known issues with the List view?

The List view is actively in development, and there are a few known issues at this time. The team plans to address all of them:

  • Card type colors aren't accurately represented
  • When clicking on a card's external link, the link opens in the same tab instead of a separate tab
  • It's not yet possible to add a new card while in the List view
  • The Lane column shows the lane ID instead of the lane name
  • The Planning Increments column show the planning increment ID instead of the name
  • Child card metrics are inconsistent

What is planned for future iterations of the List view?

This is everything that is currently planned for future iterations of the List view (note: these could change at any time):

  • The ability to show 3 levels of relationship hierarchy (parent/child/grandchild)
  • The ability to customize which fields/columns appear in the list view
  • Support for custom fields
  • Inline editing
  • Bulk-editing
  • Grouping
