Improved Team Planning and Delivery
Evolve your team-based planning and delivery with Agile Teams V2. This enhanced capability allows you to assign teams to cards in AgilePlace, providing a more accurate representation of your team’s workload and capacity.
Agile Teams V2 provides:
- Accurate Team Workload Tracking: With the ability to now assign teams to cards (not just individual users) you can easily see who’s working on what. Quickly filtering work by assigned teams will help you make smarter choices about prioritization and future plans.
- Better Team Communication: When teams are assigned to work, everyone knows their responsibilities. This leads to smoother communication and collaboration.
- Balanced Work Distribution: Agile Teams V2 lets you see and balance work across teams, helping to prevent overwork and enhancing flow time across teams.
