Smarter automation filtering
Automation rules can now filter based on which user triggered the action, enabling you to create user-specific workflows that respond differently depending on who made the change. The new "Triggered by User" filter is available in the automation rule builder and is particularly useful for role-based workflows, such as triggering different actions for managers versus developers, while helping prevent unwanted automation loops.
Enhanced filtering: card size & status
You can now filter cards by size and status for better capacity planning and workflow optimization. These new filter options appear in your existing filter panel and can be combined with other filters for powerful search capabilities, making it easier to quickly identify cards that match your capacity or sprint goals, streamline reviews by focusing on specific workflow states, and save filtered views for recurring use cases.
Enhanced WSJF calculations in Results tab
The Results tab has been updated to support the improved Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) calculation engine, providing more accurate prioritization scoring that reflects true business value and urgency. The tab now displays consistent WSJF scores across all views, with historical data automatically recalculated for accuracy—no action required on your part.
Bulk lane management: collapse & expand all
New "Collapse All" and "Expand All" buttons have been added to the board toolbar for instant board organization across all lanes. These controls save time when you need to see the big picture or drill into details, reduce visual clutter during standups and reviews, and work across all board types with your lane preferences saved for each board.

Enhanced avatar resolution
The default user avatar resolution has been increased to 72 px, resulting in sharper, clearer avatar images across all user lists and cards assigned to users.

Card search functionality update: all search options selected by default
The card search functionality has been improved to make finding your content faster and more intuitive. Previously, users had to manually select each search location, often checking multiple boxes to ensure comprehensive results. Now, all relevant search locations are pre-selected, allowing you to easily search across your entire board with a single query.
When you open the search interface on a board, all search locations (except "All Boards") are now selected by default, including:
- Backlog
- Board
- Recent Archive
- Comments
- Description
- Headers
- Tags
- Taskboards
This update makes it easier to find the card(s) you're looking for without needing to know exactly where an item is located. You'll still have the flexibility to customize your search scope when needed.
Board admins can now always delete cards
Board administrators can now delete cards regardless of the board's delete permission settings. This update ensures that admins maintain full control over board content while standard delete permissions continue to apply to non-admin users.

Card automation update: smarter date management
Card automation rules now support setting planned start or finish dates based on the dates of parent or child cards.
How it works:
- Choose Copy From Date Field when setting planned start or finish dates.
- Select which date field to copy and your source (Earliest/Latest Parent or Child).
- Add an offset in days (positive or negative).
Example use cases:
- Start a child card 3 days after the earliest child finishes.
- Set the finish date 5 days before the latest parent starts.
- Copy the parent's planned start date with a +10 day offset to set the child's planned finish date.
- Set planned finish date from the parent's planned finish date with a -5 day offset.
- When parent cards are created with future planned start dates, automatically calculate child card due dates relative to the parent's timeline (not creation date).
This update eliminates the need to manually calculate dates based on "days from today" when working with card hierarchies, enabling automated date-based workflows that respect existing card timelines.
