What happens when you assign a Resource Type to a task?

When you assign a Task to a user / resource type, an entry is generated in the Resource Plan with the related values.
Let's take this example, I have created two tasks assigned to two different Resource types (no user)



When you're going to the Resource plan, you retrieve the related values
